Opis stanowiska:

For our client in Valkenburg we are looking for motivated drivers. No two days are the same. In the morning you drive to the pick-up point, where the first passengers are already waiting for you. With your expertise, you guide the bus of enthusiastic travellers through the beautiful countryside. Then you return to the office with a sense of satisfaction. You clean the bus so that another colleague can leave with a fresh coach. As a full tour coach driver, you'll be assigned to day or multi-day trips. This can be in the Netherlands or in the Benelux. You'll return to the office every evening, so you won't have to spend the night elsewhere. As a universal driver, you may also be assigned to travel by replacement train. Depending on your wishes, you drive multi-day trips or go mainly on day trips.

Wymagania:

• You are in possession of a driver license D, a code 95 and a tachograph card
• A driving test with the bus is a part of the application process- you can do this test in the home country. The costs of this test will only be reimbursed.
• You have a valid health certificate
• You can apply for a certificate of good conduct
• You have good communication skills and are customer friendly
• You are flexible
• Both full-time and part-time opportunities
• English level B2
• We expect that you arrange your own transportation between your house to our parking/office.
• Important: We can only contact people who send a CV in English and hold a European Passport or ID card!

Oferujemy:

• Flexible contract with a gross salary of 17.55 euros per hour (scale 8), the 
• 8% holiday bonus, leave and pension allowance not included, these are calculated separately
• Regular working schedule- To be agreed periodically (~we make a schedule together for every 2-3 months)- This matter can be discussed during the interview with the company .
• We expect to schedule you minimum 40 hours per week (minimum ~175 hours per month) on Flixbus routes + on occasion other local/regional/international bus assignments.
• Irregularity allowances according to CAO (extra hours for weekends and nights).
• A compensation for housing costs of 200 Euro (net) per month. Housing can be arranged by Wiertz (housing costs 118 Euro per week). Single room!
• Starting date: as soon as possible.
• Your net salary depends on worked hours + irregularity allowances. All together we expect a net salary of about 2.300 - 2.500 Euro per month- this depends on the working hours and on the routes.Irregularity allowance 
  - Saturday irregular hours surcharge: €3.71 per hour
  - Night hours irregularity surcharge 00:00-06:00: €3.71 per hour
  - Sunday irregular hours surcharge: €5.58 per hour
  - Interruption allowance: €12.72
  - Expense allowance: €5.73
